Pros
Challenging as you are dealing with all sorts of people so your customer service skills are constantly being perfected. Enjoy the busy periods when you are constantly moving.
Cons
Limited hours - lucky if you get 1 to 2 shifts a week as a new hire, so another part-time job is essential. This is my only issue with Ontrak - if they could improve this area, then it would be a good place to work and my star ratings would be higher.
