      From the recruitment process they are very clear, the people are very human and friendly, and they keep you informed and share feedback at every stage of the process. Part of their culture is to make agile and accurate decisions, and they show that by having an agile process to attract talent.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
