      What everyone says in the comments is true! They hire people for made up positions and then fire whoever they want with no valid reasons. In my time working for just 1 month, they fired people everyweek. Management is non existent, you just have to figure out how things work and then they let you go out of the blue.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
