      - Remote environment - Co-Workers are outgoing & offer advice - Paid in USD

      Cons

      - Middle Management seems lost & lies about specific topics - You will always have a fear of getting fired & are reminded of it every week. - Only motivation to work is job security & I have been told, although not directly, don't travel while you work.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
