We are changing the traditional way people gets their job or hire or paid or saves money so the confidence of the team leaders in our capacities encourage us to find new opportunities for improvement

We have been so messy in our expansion process, we know where we are going but not how everybody works helps with it. We aren't applying our vision and mission because few people know them and I perceived a common disagreement with processes as sensitive as payroll (which should be an easier one because it's our core business)

Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
