Pros

It's been an incredible journey going from its early days to where we are now, leadership team is super approachable, culture is flexible (i've been able to travel a lot without leaving my job aside), team is hard working and collaborative. I love having the autonomy to build things from zero to something, face new challenges and learn each and every day 🚀.

Cons

There's super talented people all over the world I wish I could meet face to face, anytime soon! ... Downsides can be opportunities -> traveling more 😉

Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
