Pros
There is a good variety of projects to work on.
Cons
Company leadership. They will chew you up and spit you out - literally - even if you are a high performer because the CEO doesn't like to share the spotlight with anyone and is a complete narcissist. This place should be what business students study in school when they're learning about what a toxic work environment represents. If you don't dance to his tune, he'll throw you out in the snow (but take all your contributions as his own first). On top of that, his "HR department" is one of his henchmen that will do anything he says and bury your attempts to complain. As a former member of his SLT I can tell you that any suggestions you might have almost always fall on deaf ears. As a woman I also felt completely judged by my appearance while my suggestions were often discounted out of hand. He's also as cheap as they come when it comes to salary so good luck asking for a raise. Oh and there is a very interesting relationship between him and the building owner that is more than a little shady...I still talk to my therapist about what it was like to work there....
