Pros
Coworkers are all nice, although inexperienced. Sadly all of them are being taken advantage of by the company and their shady values. Offers a variety of culture though.
Cons
Beyond the unprofessional and undeveloped structure, the biggest issue is the company's lack of integrity to both clients and employees. The product sold is shady in it's own regard but the bigger issue lies with how they deal with employees. After requesting for 3 months, company refused to offer an employment contract or any assurances to protect employee rights. When all was said and done, the company refused to pay the sales commission as initially promised, skewing sales numbers and walking back on their initial obligations due to their own inability to retain clients. Since the company refused to provide a contract, employees rights to commission as promised by the company was not protected. Maybe their lack of respect for employees is the reason for the ridiculously high employee turnover rate (barely any employees who stay for more than a month or two).
