Pros
Positive, encouraging co-workers who knows their craft and has polished experience and skills. A lot of relationship building, client interactions who develops you not only as a sales person, but as a regular person as well.
Cons
Training can be repetitive and feel a bit pointless at times. Top management have had tendencies to be a bit old-fashioned and not keeping up with new trends.
