Pros
You can learn a lot in a short time at Onni. Like it didn't take me long to figure out that it was an intensely mysoginistic, racist work environment that was lead by 4 brothers that used fear, intimidation, and plying their staff with excessive alcohol as their prime motivators.
Cons
+ only men in upper management + most women hired serve admin roles and were very young, and incredibly good looking (like definitely not on accident) + The men literally acted however they wanted. If they wanted to touch you they would, if they wanted to throw a tantrum and throw something at the wall they would, if they wanted to talk about why they think there's no excuse for a woman to be fat, they would. Its was beyond galling. + The directors are.. terrifying. Or at least that's how they want you to feel about them, even though that style of management actually makes everything function terribly and less efficiently there. + They have all these "staff events" that sound like perks, but you can't invite your significant other and you're basically just encouraged to get incredibly drunk and act really inappropriately (I mean how else do you get your employee to sit on your lap?). The obvious unprofessionalism aside, it would be better if they just paid their staff more or gave them a better work life balance. I'm sure they'd appreciate that more than a cruise on the "Miso Onni" yacht where half a sandwich and one flat of beer per person is provided. + Upper managements disgusting racist and hetero patriarchal manner of speaking fostered a cultured where all staff felt emboldened to deride and marginalize their colleagues whenever they felt like it. + It'll genuinely be the low point of your career
