Pros
worked 3 months remotely from my home country and since Feb I joined Immigrate in its HO in Saskatoon, As a Start up company, for a new comer in Canada, the catchy thing was the friendliness, the welcoming culture and support provided by all the staff starting by the CEO. Digging into business, I felt very aligned with the team especially that the Customer Experience is the number 1 focus for the company, combined with technology and expert advice to help people realizing their dream by immigrating to Canada , which I am one of them :)
Cons
Cannot think of a major cons, however as a start up we are always in a workshop, to streamline and update the 3 Ps, spread the automation and integration and with that, resistance to change might occur, but with more than 95% of the staff aligned with the change, the rest are required either to comply or just search for other culture which is very normal.
