Pros
Post Covid, organization has still going with remote working which allows you to hire people from different region and it allows you to get to know about different culture and it brings positive energy in team as they get to learn new.
Cons
To be Honest, I don't see too many cons except Industrial changes which are expected once trump becomes President in USA. Trump is known good for business and but he is also known to make overnight changes to policy which might impact Mortgage industry in near future.
