Pros
There are a number of members of our team who can say they have 20+ years tenure with the company, which is a massive testament to the type of family culture we have here at Corpinfo. Prior to joining CorpInfo, I jumped around a few times after only a year or so in each respective role. However, the culture, upward mobility, and the fact that we are the nucleus of the current massive shift in technology, are all reasons I see myself with this company for quite some time.
We have a very autonomous, "make it happen," mentality here so that each team member can grow and develop in his or her own manner. Management are fully supportive of new ideas, work styles, etc. making it easy to feel comfortable here.
There is a reason our team has grown 12X over the last 2 years and a reason we will probably increase our team size by about 50% over the next 12 months.
CorpInfo has proven itself in being able to adapt and flourish with technological changes through our 30+ year history and I'm ecstatic to be a part of this team.
