Pros
Direct Management is understanding and flexible. Basically salaried at 35 hours a week but overtime usually available. fair amount of paid time off annually, and can earn more with comp time. Fairly easy mobility between departments and upwards.
Cons
understaffed. Rigid pay scale, no performance bonus so no motivation to push above and beyond, longevity bonus is underwhelming.
