Pros
Small company feel. Great sales team to work with. Industry standard software. Strong name recognition within the industry.
Cons
All decisions are dictated by the CEO/owner. Employees are often overruled and then criticized for not doing as he demands. However the customers can only be serviced by going around his archaic rules. CEO instills culture where customers are treated like they 'should be thankful we are doing business with them'. The company is tied as vendor to a shrinking industry, and haven't managed to find a new market for their product.
