We acknowledge that the pace of change across our products, GTM approach, and regional strategy has been challenging at times, particularly as the company has continued to evolve from a high‑growth phase into a more mature, focused organization that's supporting thousands of customers through complex data and AI challenges. That evolution has required adjustments in our strategy as well as how we support our global teams.
We recognize the importance of transparency, especially for customer‑facing roles, and continue to work on improving clarity, communication, and consistency across leadership and regions.
