Pros

Great place to gain your first IT help desk experience. Remote work flexibility. Supportive team environment; coworkers are generally helpful and collaborative. Exposure to troubleshooting common issues across networking and various software. A decent stepping stone for transitioning into other IT or customer service roles.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end compared to industry standards. High call volume and performance metrics can feel stressful. Training is basic and may not fully prepare you for all customer scenarios.
