Pros
- Reasonably good benefits and WLB. - Some really great coworkers.
Cons
- Executive leadership is always playing from behind and cant figure anything out. They are constantly lying and inflating the reality to the company, including telling the entire company layoffs wouldn't be happening anytime soon and then confidentially laying a large group off. - Most recent Executive hires and many of the department leaders are woefully under qualified or incompetent. - New CFO is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and has a track record of very sketchy business practices. Is wildly belittling to everyone especially his own team. - Those who do not question leadership are wildly over promoted, as long as they continue to be subservient. - All teams outside of CS and Engineering are completely disregarded and treated like second class citizens.
