Pros

Cool space, cool perks, very cool work done here. We get to build a new way of working and help some of the biggest brands in the world figure it out as well. Our freelancers are the backbone of what we do - we're just the lucky few that get to help facilitate the relationship between them and our clients.

Cons

Hundreds of thousands of people in the world that would love to take advantage of a flexible job with OneSpace, but there's not always enough work to go around. It's tough to tell someone 'no' when we really want to help everyone.

Pros

I made some great friends at OneSpace, and some of the perks are nice...

Cons

The perks mentioned above are not really "perks." OneSpace is trying to justify not paying their employees fairly, not giving cost of living raises, and not offering basic compensation like 401k matching by saying that a stocked kitchen and bar are part of your compensation. Perks are not compensation. I can't pay my bills with a bar I rarely use or the parties that are a waste of money. The company has a solid idea but has no clear direction and no real leadership. They just keep saying "well, let's try this" without fully following through on previous attempts. The companies under the Juggle umbrella have never been profitable (in over 10 years) and are losing the faith of their clients and employees very quickly. There is a group of untouchable employees who are "golden children" and many of the VPs are best friends with the CEO and COO. This kind of incestuous relationship is toxic to a company and extremely unprofessional. There are no opportunities for advancement or higher pay, no matter how much they say otherwise, and promises are almost never kept. You are expected to work well over 40-hours with zero ROI. They require weekend work, they offer zero work/life balance, and they do not pay you or promote you for you dedication.
