Got to know great colleagues and learnt quite a lot (by working insane extra hours that never got compensated)
Cons
Bad management. Bad project scoping. Bad CEO. Sold projects beyond the company’s capabilities and then expected that one or two devs solve everything. They forced you to work on weekends, removed bank holidays and even removed PTO. Changed PTO policy when some employees had days off approved and then told them that the policy changed and now those days would not be payed. Forced employees to take “off” time that would not be compensated. Forced employees to work extra hours by promising that i would be paid and then told them that it was not. Finally next time they asked employees to work extra hours and then refused, CEO threatened them with firing them. The list is honestly endless. Haven’t seen something like this since cotton plantation in New Delhi in 1600’s
