      Pros

      * Friendly and welcoming team * Very positive environment * Inclusive and multicultural * Full of ambitious people * I personally love that I have the choice to work from home or in the office * Great product with huge potential  I have only been with the company for 3 months I feel proud and excited to be a part of the growth of the company!

      Cons

      * Although there is always a chance to speak with others from different teams, monthly team meetings, socials, I find that often teams work in silo * Wellbeing initiatives would be nice but with the new Head of People & Culture joining the team this is something that can now be addressed

      Thank you for your lovely review. We are lucky to have such a great team and it's great to see that echoed in your comments. I agree that we can often get siloed, especially when we're working from home often, so I'm hoping that our regular team socials will help. Of course, I'm always open to suggestions so do let me know if you have any ideas that we can implement!

      Nice people... while they stay around.

      Cons

      - Very dominated by egotistical and disorganized male leaders who talk over you to the point where you can't get a word in, without interrupting them. - Save for a few people who are invested from the start, everyone who gets here, starts to leave.
