Cons
Before I start listing all the cons, I have read through the reviews on here and can guarantee 3/4th of them are fake. This company hires individuals to write fakes reviews for them. The company says it's between 50-100 employees. MAXIMUM that they actually have working for them is 30 individuals. They are probably including outsourced employees and even then, it still does not add up to 50-100 employees.. 1. No work/life balance. Be expected to be told prior to employment that you will have free reign and flexibility, but in reality be prepared to go well beyond your 40hrs/week without any incentive. 2. No company values. CEO as I quote said "I don't care about Christmas. Move the holiday party because we need to be working on Christmas." This is a national holiday, regardless of your religion, that should be appreciated and valued. 3. Instructed to post fake reviews or find someone to hire on to write fake reviews on different platforms, not only for our clients but for the company as well. If a bad review was posted by someone, I was instructed to find a way to take it down. 4. Due to miscommunication between all upper management, any issues in regards to clients was brought down on AEs who were not responsible for the issues caused. 5. Clients are promised the world, but in fact OneIMS does not have the bandwidth to do such work. Often times foreign clients are promised content in their native language, but once singed on AEs are forced to scramble and magically find an avenue for foreign content. Due to examples like this work is only 70% complete if the client is lucky. 6. Compensation includes quarterly bonus of $2,50, or so you think...During my employment I was given less than half that amount my first quarter and received none upon my second quarter. Company had no reasoning for it. They said they "needed the money invested in other areas."
