Pros
- Late Start - Really good commission (the one's who say pay is bad are the ones not hitting their targets!) - Awesome like minded team who will be mates for life - Tabe tennis table in office - Awesome extra incentives (I had an all expense paid for trip to work in Sydney office for one week!) + $50 New World vouchers etc - Managers are mates not just bosses - You are given time and training to succeed - Most days it's like being at school again with mates not work - PERFECT job for backpackers
Cons
- Easy to get out of shape as you are sat down 8 hours a day and on the lash 5 nights a week! - This is cold calling so you need a thick skin - It is not that intellectually rewarding, but you should know that from the nature of the job anyway - After 6 months you will get itchy feet
