Pros

You can make enough money if there are enough people who want to buy from YOU. Nice managers though. That's it.

Cons

Lots of promises but never much in return. Look for corporate to never have any answers and keep blowing you off. Enjoy paychecks? Well they're barely ever right. Bonus structure changed meaning they want to pay you less but want you to sell way more. Will fire you just because they don't like your face even though you do well. Corporate are pigs meaning they only want to hire pretty girls or people their friends or again they might fire you to hire them. Discounts? What you mean possibly 10% off a third party accessory? What about selling phones when you're not supposed to? Possibly stolen ones? This job is for you if you love to be shady!

Pros

OneClick offers a very casual work atmosphere of ambitious young individuals who all have a deep affinity for Apple products. Having unique contract agreements with much demanded accessory partners gives OneClick an underestimated advantage in the industry as they carry many items not seen in other electronic boutique's.

Cons

There is a severe lack of organization within OneClick which results in very little accountability and participation towards company wide goals. Something as simple as ordering business cards can turn into a nightmare of approvals, which budget the funds should come from, and what seems to be an active effort to deny consensus. Although OneClick has many of the components needed to stand out in such competitive industry, their lack of organization and unwillingness to do so could ultimately lead to their demise.
