Plain Textbook and Low Salary - Online Mandarin Tutor OneClass Employee Review

The textbook that the employer gave is very plain and lack of some fields (eg. textbook for special needes children), and they at least take NTD 600~900 from the parents per half hour, it's 4~6 times higher than the tutors salary per half hour! The parents and students can't expect tutors to give high quality teaching in this low wage (not to mention they would deduct salary while tutors ask for leave in 24 hours, and they could keep add rules in the tutors manual to increase their own benefit but sacrifice the tutors' rights).
