      I cannot in good faith say there are pros.

      Cons

      Upper management still stuck in their 1990s way of thinking and doing things. If it's logical, throw it out the window. Management looks down upon folks of certain gender & ethnic groups. Don't expect a pay increase. Management expects you to forfeit work/life balance. Middle/Upper-management often sugarcoats the truth of what's taking place in the company and keeps the CEO in the dark.

      Pros

      Mostly good community, especially if you like to sell life insurance. Their products are expensive but good quality.

      Cons

      They LOVE to push life insurance. When you sign a contract, make sure you fully read it. General Agents have a lot of power. They have certain products that you can only sell and manage as a career agent. The general agent also has the ability to ban you from working with them for 2 years, and if you spent 3 years putting clients into those products you may have an issue.
