Good place to work - Anonymous employee One82 Employee Review

I had a very positive experience interviewing with One82. From the first contact to the final round, the communication was consistent, clear, and professional. The recruitment team kept me well-informed at every stage, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and respectful, and the interviews felt more like meaningful conversations than interrogations. I appreciated the transparency around the process and timelines, it really showed that One82 values its candidates. Overall, a great experience. I would happily go through the process again and highly recommend One82 to other job seekers.

The only downside was that the process took a bit longer than expected, but the consistent communication made up for it.

Great work place - everyone in the office gets along well. We're a tight knit group and we spend a lot of time together so it's nice to be able to laugh with your co workers while still maintaining a professional atmosphere. Another pro about One82 is that management is always available and always willing to help. With the CEO/President and management being available as well approachable the entire team is able to perform our jobs successfully.

I feel that with anything IT related a con would have to be the potential long hours. What's nice is that everyone is responsible for themselves and are willing to help one another out.
