Pros
1. Good colleagues who are now leaving the company because of management pressure. 2. Nice work life balance which they are ruining every day.
Cons
1. Micromanagement is increasing too much. 2. Very poor hikes given by the company. No reward for dedication and hard work. Everyone get the same hike. 3. There are no projects given to India office. If by any chance some work will come, it will be given to 2-3 people only. No explanation why it is done. Admins are only used to monitor and restart services. On updating management they will only give false promises. 4. Policies are getting changed without any prior notice. Once you reach HR they will update that it is their right to update policies. Management does not care about informing employees before changing policies. After staying some time in office anyone can understand that all care shown by management is only superficial.
