      Pros

      Lots of work, lots of travel

      Cons

      No communication between departments, unethical management, turnover in employees is consistant, pay is not enough for work load and responsibility.

      To Whom it May Concern, As I'm not sure who wrote this review and am actually I'm surprised at the input. Employees, of our great company, know that communication is a critical part of our culture. We have daily huddles each and every day, an open book management all hands Wednesday morning meeting, where we share financial information as well as problem solve and we even have software that automates the employee input process. Every team member in the company has their KPIs and knows exactly what makes for success individually and as a company and when those aren't met, we talk about how we can help and get things back on track. As far as turn over, we still have our first employee working with us and we lose very few employees. At least 1/2 of our team has been with us over 9 years. I'm sorry that you didn't have a stellar experience here and certainly wish you the best in all that you do. Best, Matt Plaskoff, CEO

      Pros

      I have been at One Week Bath for just under three months. The company cares about its employees and team members. At first, it was a steep learning curve, but everyone here is more than willing to help educate and share their knowledge and experience. The company is very reputable and is growing.

      Cons

      Quite a few systems to learn and operate.

      Pros

      One Week Bath is an amazing place to work, and I have no plans of ever leaving. I have never worked for a company that has challenged me to grow professionally or as an individual, quite like this one has. Your advancement in this company is only limited by your own desire and drive to achieve. We have such an awesome team here, and I’m grateful to be part of it. We work together to set our goals and come up with action plans to make them happen. The management team is inspiring, and extremely knowledgeable. Ever voice is heard, and all opinions are welcomed.

      We are in need more dedicated hard-working individuals to join our team, so we can continue to grow.
