Knowledgable - CEO-Founder One View Employee Review

Working for this company for more than 2 years has given me opportunities I didn't know I wanted, yet not taken away from my role in my family. We work hard and everyone contributes, but I am able to be 150% present for my family, which makes me happier in my work space.

The biggest challenge about this company is finding the right fit to add to our team. Many people move from job to job, and given the industry and dynamic of what we do, it really takes about a year before you feel solid with One View. This is not a reflection on the company itself...more of a challenge it faces.

Good leadership team with the two VP’s.

Conversion rate after demo’s is low. Lack of accountability for sales engineers. Very, very involved owner. Nice enough guy, but oversteps specifically in deals that causes deals to slow.
