Pros
Good place to learn if you’re early in your career. Mostly a young team (under 35) and people are friendly. Some managers are supportive and approachable (some believe they own the company)
Cons
Favouritism is common, with inconsistent pay rises (annually £2k for some, £3k–£4k for a few) and no bonuses - current “new” bonus system is ridiculous and unachievable. People who rely on sponsorships get fired with little reason, as the company does not want to pay/renew visa. Morale is low, most want to quit. People are expected to work outside hours with no overtime pay. Roles aren’t filled for many months, so others pick up the slack. Flexibility is poor for most, but managers bend the rules. New policies appear constantly, rarely in employees’ favour. High turnover, no real action.
