Pros
One Park puts a lot of effort into fostering a consistent culture that permeates everything they do. It's obvious they care about creating an environment where everyone feels like they are a part of something bigger. The vast majority of people who work there are intelligent, competent, and great to work with.
Cons
Most of the things people hate about corporate America are alive and well at One Park: Blast emails to the entire company for mistakes or issues that should be handled one-on-one, managers being much braver in the chat than they would be in real life, confusing unprofessional behavior with "direct communication", making every employee down to the lowest level sign a non-compete that prevents them from being employed by any other company in the industry for two years, bureaucracy, hiring outside the company rather than promoting from within, etc. A lot of the same downsides you'd expect to see at any large company, without the brand recognition.
