Most of the things people hate about corporate America are alive and well at One Park: Blast emails to the entire company for mistakes or issues that should be handled one-on-one, managers being much braver in the chat than they would be in real life, confusing unprofessional behavior with "direct communication", making every employee down to the lowest level sign a non-compete that prevents them from being employed by any other company in the industry for two years, bureaucracy, hiring outside the company rather than promoting from within, etc. A lot of the same downsides you'd expect to see at any large company, without the brand recognition.
