Insurance, wide range of tasks, possible professional growth, great engineer team, good to be first job (if you don't expect a lot)
Cons
Not loyal management, poor communication, low salaries, no budget for education, don't care about employees

We have worked hard to add benefits and stock option equity in Mexico and address salary. With that said, it is clear from your review that there is work to do. Our CIO will be in Mexico today; we will work to improve! Ian

Pros
Management has been beyond supportive in my time with the company. I feel heard and have seen my feedback be taken and used to make improvements for our team. They encourage a good work/life balance and constantly look for additional ways to support the employees.
Cons
I have been very blessed and do not have any cons to share from my time with One Inc.

A few team members are supportive, though this is not consistent across the organization.
Exposure to industry tools and workflows may be useful for those early in their careers.
Some flexibility exists, but it varies significantly depending on team and management.
Cons
Leadership lacks clear direction and consistency, leading to frequent confusion and constantly shifting priorities.
High turnover creates ongoing instability and increases the burden on remaining employees.
Workloads are often unrealistic, with limited support and poor resource planning.
There is a noticeable lack of proper tools and systems, making even routine tasks more difficult than necessary.
Training and onboarding are minimal, leaving employees to figure things out on their own.
Communication between teams is fragmented, resulting in inefficiencies and duplicated efforts.
Feedback and performance management are inconsistent, making it difficult to grow or succeed.
