Small team yet very sensitive towards employees. Accountability is high so learning is also good. They are very passionate about what they do.
Cons
Well, con is also that they are very sensitive. You have to really watch what u say because that can either hurt egos or can be triggering. In a way that is good- you will learn to draw strict professional boundaries. Not sure of hikes and promotions. Pay scale is on the lower end. Might have improved lately.
