With a small team like this, you have the ability to work directly with smart and talented peers and with experts in the field with decades of experience and knowledge and can learn a lot, quickly. If you like corporate environments with a bureautic structure, you won't like One Eighteen. This agency is deliberately lean and attracts a certain type of team member who isn't afraid to wear a lot of hats to get the job done. Each person makes up a bit of the culture and although the team ebbs and flows in size, when the right people click, we know how to have a great time in the office "Beach House".

Unfortunately there is a fair amount of turnover, like there is in all agencies, but with a smaller team that can be a lot tougher on those who stay.
