Pros

- Fair base salary compensation for all locations in NYC, Austin, Menlo Park - Decent offices, prime locations, newly renovated - Good healthcare benefits, wellness perks, reimbursable utilities - Some intelligent colleagues - Great effort on image of diversity and inclusion

Cons

- No sign on bonus, no annual bonus, minuet holiday bonus - High employee turnover rate, typical retention 1 year - Leveling is based on popularity and promotions not on merit - Trial and error of reorganization of teams every 3 months - Poor communication, no transparency - Don't question or challenge leadership, or you may be terminated - Resignations/terminations at an abnormal rate for a startup in this stage across ALL divisions

Pros

Honest CEO and leadership vision to create “opportunities” for those living with chronic conditions. All of the product R&D, investments, extra hours and teamwork centers on this goal. Embracing the opportunity to spread the word of what we do and how we can help employers bend the healthcare cost curve and support their team members!

Cons

IF it’s a con, it’s that One Drop is a newer company and there is a lot of work to be done! It’s all good work however, and the leadership is committed to incorporating feedback and methodically making the right investments for structured growth.
