Pros

The people on my particular team were wonderful, and across teams as well. The boots on the ground teams were decent people, provided you were lucky enough to have a competent line manager (not always the case). Decent pay for an entry level white collar job these days. (still underpaid)

Cons

The way the company is run overall is so messy. Using outdated technology, and outsource companies that can barely function. The training is good for what it is, but all the low level competency in the world can't make up for a company where the actual foundations aren't the best. The work culture as well is appalling.
