Pay is great. Coworkers are cool.
Cons
Pharmacists are lazy and unorganized. They spend many hours on the computers meanwhile there’s a whole lot of stuff to be checked in the pharmacy area on most to try and get them delivered on time. Also, they don’t double count/check medications to see if they’re 100% right. So if anything goes wrong, you the pharmacy technician and you alone are held responsible. Pharmacists aren’t held responsible in anyway and apparently from what I heard this particular branch has had a history of lazy pharmacists/managers. They could care less about their staff or patient care. Only thing these pharmacists care about are saving their necks, not their employees.
