Lots of room to grow, young company They care a lot about your career goals and will help get you where you want to go I had a lot of life changes outside of work that required me to be home more and they worked to help move me to another position that worked better for me and my family Helped me add a ton of great stuff to my resume, I have people contacting me all the time for my IBM technical experience Most of all I think of the core of this company as my friends. This company is built on good chemistry and the CEO really cares about her employees on a personal level.

Pretty much any of the usual cons that go with working for a small company. For me the most annoying thing was the healthcare, it really was a good option for everyone else, but I think I just had bad luck with the HRA. It did let me get the best individual plan available and have my premium be paid for in full, which is more than I can say for anywhere else I've worked. The pros for working for OnWire far outweighed that one small issue.

The projects and tasks assigned to you are designed to help the flow of the organization improve, but at the same time help you develop important professional skills. The supervisors are truly invested in your work and are always open for questions and feedback. The office atmosphere is very fun and professional. The flexibility is great for students.

At the beginning of the internship I had a difficult time learning about the different services and products the company provided, but with the help of management and other interns I was able to quickly learn the ins and outs of the organization.
