      Operations team and Ops leadership are smart, hard-working, and dedicated. Great individual contributors at all levels of support and engineering, but still manages to work as a team and pull together.

      Cons

      Some dysfunction in Sales / Sales Engineering. Senior Leadership could learn to communicate better.
