      Some of the people there are a pleasure to be around

      Cons

      Far from competitive pay, poor benefits, no growth opportunities, and management doesn't appreciate or reward anyone except the sales team. The company doesn't make sure you have the right equipment to do your job well, and middle-management is too busy trying to keep their own jobs to make any improvements.

      Pros

      This job is one of the best jobs you can get. It is flexible and family oriented. Anytime i needed a day off due to something with my kids, whether they were sick or because of some activity they were in, I had no problem getting the time off. The benefits are great and the people are great.

      Cons

      No room for growth in the position I was in. No option for raises accept annually.
