Pros

1. Salary is OK. 2. 3 days in office and 2 days at home 3. Reimburse parking fee

Cons

Crazily high turnover, people are fired by bi-weekly bases. Management treats employees like pieces to "pave their way to success". Manager will lie to the employee and suddenly fire him/her. Unrealistic timeline. Revenue went down and work went to vendors. Toxic culture - you cannot discuss the issue objectively, if the manager is not happy with your answer, you are on the list.

Pros

The company has gone through changes, however, there’s clear and transparent communication from the CEO and senior leadership. There is pressure to perform but it’s in a good way. The average or poor performers will stand out. There’s recognition for outstanding work. The company consistently promotes high performers who are ready to take on more responsibility.  We work with a fantastic group of people - everyone is very talented and sharp. We all want to do a great job solving interesting problems together.  People are collaborative and helpful. There are no egos. Leaders are approachable.  Hybrid schedule works and some people travel far to come into the office because they want to.

Cons

Office space is limited right now but we're moving very soon to a brand new office.

Pros

The company has gone through some change over the last couple of years, however, it maintains direct and transparent communication from the CEO and senior leadership team, which helps employees stay informed and aligned. There is a strong performance-driven culture, but in a positive and supportive way. The company has assembled a great team and fosters a strengths-based environment focused on unlocking each employee’s potential and enabling individuals to leverage their unique talents. The culture is highly collaborative, with colleagues who are genuinely helpful and willing to support one another. There is a noticeable absence of ego, and leaders at all levels are approachable and accessible. Employees are recognized for outstanding contributions, and the company actively promotes individuals who consistently perform well and are ready to take on greater responsibility. The hybrid work schedule offers valuable flexibility. Many employees willingly travel long distances to come into the office because they believe in the company’s purpose.

Cons

More ways to bring the teams together inside and outside of the office
