Pros
onDiem has been nothing but generous toward me. The CEO is great and super excited about the growth of the company. The CTO is absolutely amazing. He cares for his employees and wants them to succeed. He encourages you to develop and learn new skills, and provides opportunities to get hands on in every aspect of the projects we have going on. * Company provides continuing education - whether it is a book or a Udemy course * Work from home has been great. And the team meets regularly via Zoom. Post 'rona, there are talks of company get togethers * Zero micromanagement. The CEO and CTO trust us to get our work done and to pitch in where and when we can.
Cons
While not really cons, but opportunities; our priorities board and desired projects just keeps getting bigger. The CTO does a really good job of breaking down project time lines into quarterly goals and prioritizing projects based on size and value added.
