Pros
Excellent company culture. Everyone is approachable and there are no stupid questions and everyone will always have your back. A lot of on-the-job learning, so you don't need too much background history in order to perform well. Seniors are easy to approach, no hierarchical barriers between people. How you are received, and how much freedom you have is mostly correlated to your efficiency and motivation to stay on top of things.
Cons
Working Saturdays. Workload during peak application season can get overwhelming due to not having enough downtime. Some growing pains in terms of it being a relatively young company, HR processes, and clear growth trajectory is required.
