Pros
All and all this is a good company to work for if your one of those hungry fast talking sales guys; if you're not don't apply. The money is good (if you're closing deals), it's fast paced, and as long as you're closing deals and working they'll let you do your thing.
Cons
Commission ONLY! This really sucks to be honest, they promise a base pay for the first month you work there just so you can get started but you only get the base pay if you meet the lead/application goals that are outlined in your employee agreement. Safe to say close deals, they're 50% commission. They help you out and teach you the ropes your first couples days, and for the next week they will have an open door policy for you to ask questions and seek help, after that you're basically on your own.
