      - Good pay - Flexible/hybrid working - No micromanaging - Interesting tech stack - Personal development time + Opportunities to learn new things - Great office - Great people, easy to work with and some really talented developers to learn from - Can choose mac or PC as your machine - Access to JetBrains IDEs for developers - Lots of greenfield projects - Discounts on holidays!!

      Cons

      - No bonus scheme - Hard to think of any more really!
