Pros
The pro's are limited as the owners are in house and totally results driven, This ordinarily would not be a bad thing, but they are about getting the credit card # no matter what. Very high pressure, and unrealistic expectations for such a small company. They believe they can compete with the larger Internet Marketing firms, but they are simply not in their league.
Cons
Low hourly pay. Very high pressure. Most of the work that is sold to business owners is never done. This company started out with the right idea, but then decided to charge ridiculous rates, not do the work, and place little importance on client retention *(a huge mistake for a small business).
