Pros
I was lucky to be recruited by this company - doing restaurant accounting as I had done for years. After a few weeks or so getting used to the software (I was a QB Pro) things fell into place. It's not a big place so you get to know everyone, at least before COVID you did. I work remotely all the time now, which is AWESOME. It gives me work-life balance and the ability to save on doggie day care. I also receive a great compensation package.
Cons
Being a constantly growing company, now with many people working remotely for the first time, it's sometimes hard to get ahold of team mates in a timely manner, especially when there's sometimes just one person who knows about a problem or who can help you.
