Pros

HR & billing staff are wonderful.

Cons

Management is not engaged & doesn't like to deal with problems. They have multiple, serious issues which they are very slow to correct. They promised full-time hours & benefits, but that never happened. Misrepresented themselves on many levels. Clinical staff are hostile, making job difficult (sometimes impossible) to do. Management refused to even talk to me after I gave my notice. Very juvenile.

Pros

I have worked with OCC taking 13 week outpatient ortho contracts and occasional SNF PRN hours for the past 4 years. This is a great solution for my schedule since I'm busy with my two children and cannot work fulltime year round. I've consistently had a wonderful experience with staff, and the benefits and salary are the most competitive I've found in town! I send my friends and colleagues to work for OCC frequently.

Cons

It can be challenging to work in new environments often, but OCC works with clients to allot time for any needed training so I feel comfortable in a new work environment.

Pros

Good place to start if you are needing a temporary assignment but probably not long term.

Cons

No benefits for full time employees even though their website reports they do. Very deceptive information on their website. Staff appears disorganized and commitment to staff continuing education is minimal. Additionally, training is minimal and un-paid; all done online. There is also no reimbursement for mantoux test or CPR.
